Here’s what you’ll get each month:
5 live virtual workouts each week via Zoom!
Work out live from the convenience of your home each week.! Because these sessions are live, you will get the benefit of Cathy’s experience and expertise and be part of a group working together!
Your technique and ability are carefully monitored to ensure you get the most from your workout. It is like a having a personal trainer by your side. You will also ask any questions.
Recorded sessions
Nothing is better than a live training session, however we understand life and haircuts can get in the way! So you will receive access to each session to do in your own time!
Guest Trainers
So your workouts are never boring and remain challenging, and there is something for everyone, we will have a guest trainer each month to showcase another mode of exercise
Such as Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, and more ! Suggestions are welcome!
Healthy Eating Plan
Put together by our local nutritionist Melanie Moffatt you will have access to a 4-week kick start eating plan. If weight loss is your goal, this easy to follow guide will help get you started!

Hi, my name is Cathy Lloyd-Prowse, and my aim is to get women feeling great with who they are.
When I fell pregnant with my son, I was a happy, fit, and successful recruitment consultant. Whilst the pregnancy was a welcomed surprise, I assumed I would easily slip back into my former life after he was born. The reality was quite the opposite.
Not having much experience with babies or young children, I was not expecting the emotional rollercoaster and feelings of inadequacy I felt as a new mother. Going back to full-time work was not an option.
I had exercised throughout my life, which helped me through previous emotional times, including the end of my first marriage, so I reached out to a good friend and together we created a training group for new mothers like myself called Mums the Word Fitness. Being around these women gave me such joy and I felt really connected to them and their bubs.
When my son finished high school, and I was pushing into my 50’s, I found more time to myself, so began looking around at other options to put my energy into. What I discovered was a lack of information and support for women my age. It was like we were invisible.
Further, I could not relate to gyms with their impersonal crowded classes, high membership fees, and focus on younger women. To me they did not represent who I was, nor good value.
When COVID-19 hit I wanted to find a way to give back to my community, so I started to conduct online fitness classes for a group of like-minded friends and associates, to get us through the isolation period. For some, this was the only contact they had with the outside world all day. But it was fun, and some of the ladies wanted to continue, even once the isolation period ended. So with over 15 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry I decided to do something about it.
I created Femme Fitale.
Femme Fitale is not just about squats and push ups – it’s an inclusive, positive space for women to get healthy, feel inspired, share ideas, and learn something new in a lively atmosphere.
It’s about who we are, what we want and how we think.
