Membership
How does the 14-day trial work?
One you’ve paid your one-off trial payment, you get full access to the Femme Fitale library and community. Please try our services, look through our content library, attend a live exercise class (or watch on replay) and talk to our other members.
Once the 14-day trial has finished, you won’t have access to the member section until you decide to sign up to our membership. No other payments will be charged until then.

What happens at the end of the trial?
Once your 14 days are complete, we will offer you the opportunity to continue your membership as a regular or annual member. If we don’t hear from you we simply stop giving you access to the private section and you won’t be charged.

The trial went well, I want to become a regular member
To become a regular member, you simply need to login to your Femme Fitale account, navigate to this Pricing page and sign up to the Regular Membership. This starts the regular monthly subscription payments. No payments are charged before this and you must give your permission.

My account is paused/expired, can I recover it?
Yes, simply contact our Support Team as we keep accounts available for 12 months before they are deleted/removed.

How are the membership billed and do they auto renew?
The Regular membership is billed monthly and is set to auto renew each month.
The Annual membership is billed annually and is set to auto renew.
You will be notified by email 7 days before the renewal date. Please add our email address to your safe list so it doesn’t go into junk mail. hello@femmefitale.com.au. You can cancel both the regular and annual membership at any time.

Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time.
- Log in to your membership account.
- From your My Account page, click the link to “Cancel Your Membership”.

Do we offer discounts?
No we don’t. Our pricing is already at a low amount for what we’re offering to make sure its accessible to more women. We do however provide discounts for women coming from approved domestic violence charities. Contact us to find out more.

You can access Femme Fitale by logging in with your email and password on our main website. Please note that only one person can be logged in at one time.
